I show you where AI and automation are worth the investment
I help companies turn an idea into sound decisions, and those decisions into a solution that works.
No obligation — tell me where you are today, and I will give you a clear initial assessment.
Where I can make a difference
You need advice from someone who understands the path to delivery
I develop strategies, governance structures and practical implementation plans grounded firmly in how your organisation actually works.
You see the potential, but the business case is still unclear
I identify where AI and automation can make a measurable contribution, what needs to be in place, and whether the expected return justifies the work.
An initiative is caught between the business, IT and existing systems
I turn business requirements into clear processes, data needs, roles, interfaces and decisions — and keep the moving parts aligned under one accountable lead.
Your teams need to use AI with confidence and good judgement
I create practical training, workshops and working guidelines for leaders, teams and specific roles — including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled workplace tools.
What end-to-end responsibility looks like
Frame
I assess feasibility, value, requirements, risks and a sensible scope before significant time or budget is committed. A well-founded recommendation not to proceed is also a valid outcome.
Deliver
I bring process, data, roles, interfaces and technology together in a solution that works. Where the work fits my expertise, I build smaller initiatives myself; on larger ones, I lead the business, IT and development under one accountable direction.
Make it stick
I test, document, train and guide the solution into day-to-day operations. Governance, permissions, operational ownership and ongoing effort are considered from the outset, not added as separate concerns after launch.
Annual salary reviews at a financial services company
For a business with around 2,000 employees, an Excel-based process was rebuilt as a guided workflow. The work covered process discovery, structured approvals and exceptions, complex calculation logic, purpose-built input screens and the technical leadership of additional developers.
The full cycle fell from four or five months to two or three. Required approval stages stayed intact, while manual input and rework dropped substantially.
More importantly, leaders and employees now spend days thinking about the process rather than weeks, while input errors have effectively been reduced to zero.
- ~2,000 employees
- FireStart, SharePoint, SQL
- 25% shorter cycle time
- 75% less effort
I will also tell you when the investment does not make sense
Not every problem can — or should — be solved with AI and automation.
Sometimes the most valuable result is a sound recommendation not to build.
How I can support you
Depending on the starting point, the work may call for strategic direction, a functioning implementation or the enablement of the people using new tools. These three paths can begin independently and be combined where that creates value.

Governance is central to every initiative
Roles, permissions, privacy, approvals, documentation and auditability are addressed with the right stakeholders from the design stage onward. The result is more than a convincing prototype: it is a solution the organisation can operate responsibly.
Start with the environment you already have
I work from your existing systems, data and tools, adding only what the use case genuinely calls for.

Broad experience, backed by deep technical expertise
I have spent eight years developing software, six working on business-process automation, and the past four with a particular focus on AI.
I have advised, built solutions hands-on, led developers, trained employees, translated governance and approval requirements into systems, and owned projects from the original idea through handover.
Working closely with leadership teams and employees has taught me to hear where the real friction lies — moving the conversation from “let us do some AI” to systems people genuinely use and rely on.
I have also built companies and products of my own — and shut some of them down. That operator perspective strengthens my advice: technical feasibility is only half the question; the work also needs to create genuine commercial value.
More about my experience →Where do you see friction or potential?
In a 30-minute conversation, we will discuss your current situation. I will offer an initial perspective, help determine where the focus should lie, identify the questions that matter and establish whether I am the right person to support you.
If I am not the right fit, I will tell you during the same call.
